DESCRIPTION:Harbour Retreat’s Meditation Labyrinth is a day of discovery\, mindfulness\, and hands-on creativity.  This deeply immersive full-day experience combines walking meditation\, hands-on art\, energy work\, and magical intention setting. \nWhat You’ll Experience \n\n\nExplore the walking meditation labyrinth and learn techniques to center the mind\, release tension\, and connect with inner stillness. \n\n\nCreate a handheld meditation labyrinth using art materials and reclaimed rope\, a tactile tool to support daily mindfulness. \n\n\nDesign your own personal meditation with affirmation and a custom guide\, tailored to your intentions and energy. \n\n\nReceive a personalized energy reading on your handcrafted labyrinth\, gaining insight and clarity. \n\n\nCraft a custom intention candle or spell jar at the Witches of Saltwater Marsh\, infusing your desires and dreams into a ritual object. \n\n\nRelax and reflect with a glass of mead at Fireside Meadery\, connecting with the group or enjoying quiet contemplation. \n\n\nWhy You’ll Love It \nThis workshop is perfect for anyone looking to deepen their meditation practice\, explore creative mindfulness\, or connect with the magic of intention-setting.
