Harbour Retreat is a small retreat space in Musquodoboit Harbour, Nova Scotia, designed for rest, creativity, and renewal. We offer three retreat experiences to explore. All retreats draw on seven reflection zones across the property — from a meditation labyrinth and forest bathing path to a dark sky stargazing platform, yoga perch, fire pit, an outdoor creative studio and a journalling nook, giving guests a range of spaces for reflection, play, and connection.
Summertime fun! Harbour Retreat’s Wonder Labs are playful, hands-on workshops for anyone wanting a taste of wonder. Workshops take place on Saturday’s in July and August. Ideal for locals, tourists, and day-trippers to the area.

Our self-guided Summer Solo Retreats are the most immersive journey we offer. Your week-long retreat includes: 7 daily themes, 20+ self-guided experiences, full access to 7 retreat zones (including a forest bathing path), local explorations, private lobster rope weaving workshop, and tiny house accommodation.
