Harbour Retreat is a small retreat space located in Musquodoboit Harbour Nova Scotia with 3 experiential pathways to choose from & 7 reflection zones

Sometimes all you need is one quiet night away.

The Great Tiny Escape is a special one-night retreat offered when a small opening appears between longer guest stays at Tackle Box Cottage.

If you’re a little flexible, you can slip away for a peaceful reset with access to the Harbour

Retreat outdoor spaces:
✨ Walking meditation labyrinth
✨ Forest bathing path
✨ Yoga perch
✨ Star gazing platform
✨ Fire pit circle

Spend your day exploring the retreat, walking the shoreline at Martinique Beach, or browsing cute local shops and cafes.

When single night availabilities come up, the Tiny Escape Alerts go out.

This summer, step into a @harbourretreatns Meditation Labyrinth Wonderlab — a day of mindfulness, creativity, and intention.

In this immersive experience participants:
✨ Walk a meditation labyrinth
✨ Create a handheld rope labyrinth
✨ Design their own custom meditation
✨ Receive an energy reading
✨ Craft an intention candle or spell jar with @witchesofsaltwatermarsh
✨ Sip a glass of mead on a sunny deck at @firesidemeadery

A full day of discovery combining walking meditation, art, ritual, and wonder.
Harbour Retreat Wonderlabs are immersive workshops designed to reconnect people with creativity, nature, and inner stillness.
